    Had an appointment with Kat for injectables. Went back the following week for some more work. Kat didn't know why I was there, asked me who I saw the previous week! and then asked me what I was having done that day. Well I couldn't recall the name of the work she was going to do so I just said I was there for a checkup. Really!!!
    I think she needs an appointment diary... I won't be going back.

    Horrible unqualified service! Have no idea what they are doing! They do more damage than providing a service and it costs you more in the longer run! I got filler done and she didn't do it properly it ruined my lips creating scar tissue. Also, they do not keep customers confidential as I heard from someone that they got told I go there and what I got done by the person that did my services. Very disappointing and I spent a lot of money which I regret!
